People come in all shapes, sizes, colors, and other varieties just like milkshakes. Therefore, we strive to take into account your individuality while working. We are openly supportive of SAGA (sexuality and gender acceptance), inclusive feminism, and the right to one’s own body and mind. Therefore, we hire based on shared values. While we like experience, we can teach you to mix milkshakes, top floats, and flip a burger, so looking for someone who is an ideal human being is more important. Lead by example.

Because of our ideals, we will not tolerate any kind of harassment, sexual or otherwise. Employees will treat each other and our customers with respect regardless of differences. As such, you are also allowed to respectfully defend yourself should you receive hate from a customer. We don’t need the business of someone who is going to harass, demean, or belittle our employees or other customers.
