Free shirts! Well, your first two are free. After that, you can purchase them at cost, meaning we make no profit whatsoever from that sale.
Free food! Each shift you work gets you a free meal. You get a 30 minute lunch break in your shift somewhere (usually unpaid) and you’ll receive a $10 credit for your meal. Sodas, tea, and coffee is always free.
Nice discount! Anything you purchase is 50% off, excluding stuff created by local artists. Free or cheap doesn’t put food on their tables, you know?
Raises! With a review, you’ll receive $0.20-$0.50 a year depending on your performance.
Tips! While we are a no tipping establishment, any tips collected are distributed to all employees based on number of hours worked. After all, we’re a team and everyone does something to contribute to every plate, from providing a clean plate (dishwasher), creating a tasty meal (kitchen), to providing great face-to-face service (server).
As we begin to be more successful, we’d like to eventually offer insurance services and a 401k program to all employees who are with us for more than a year.
